DMLS Alloy Expertise
Lightweight Metals
AlSi10Mg: UTS 268-345 MPa, density 2.67 g/cm³ — 60% lighter than steel. Ideal for aerospace brackets, heat exchangers, and consumer electronics housings.
High-Strength Steels
17-4 PH: UTS 1,365-1,372 MPa, 50-52 HRC hardened. 316L: 565-586 MPa, 50% elongation, maximum corrosion resistance for chemical and marine environments.
High-Performance Alloys
Ti6Al4V (993 MPa, biocompatible for implants), Inconel 718 (958 MPa, 700°C rated), CoCr (1,213 MPa, dental/surgical) — each optimized for critical application domains.
